Super Fuels Group Ltd Returns Policy

At Super Fuels Group Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

Returns:

You may return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at service@super-fuels.com to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item in its original packaging.

  3. Label Your Package: Clearly write your RAN on the outside of the package to ensure proper processing.

  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for a return and a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
